A Lil More Baby Boy..

This morning Gabe's wound was closed up at 10am, the op lasted for about an hour plus. Thereafter they had to monitor closely his blood pressure especially as it could fall. everything was OK after the op.

But when the surgeon briefed us again at 3.30pm, it seems Gabe's urine had decreased and he needed some meds to see if it would increase. So we saw him again at 5.30pm and doc told us yes it was increasing, so that was a good sign.

Basically over the next few days the most crucial point is the possibility of infection due to the fact that his wound had been opened for 3 days, so they had to be careful and monitor. Second is his pulmonary circulation. Hopefully everything remains stable over next few days and my baby will soon be home.

Terry & I are so tired, we've been at the hospital today from 9.30am to 6pm, nt including the days before. But we're pushing on for Gabe.

A very big THANK YOU to our family, relatives & friends who have been praying continuously for Gabe, you have no idea how much this means to us and what a difference your prayers & well wishes mean.

  1. Hey, Baby Gabe, if you're frowning and thinking to yourself, 'Why is it so noisy out there?', that's us cheering you on! We know you can do it, so get well soon. A big kiss for you. Michelle and Terry, continue to be strong for Gabe, we're all behind you. Love and hugs.
